• Internship work involves delivering high quality images, covering every sport at JMU, meeting deadlines, collaboration, and office hours. Through this internship I have become proficient in Adobe lightroom, photo mechanic, adobe photoshop, and in operating Nikon, Cannon, and Sony cameras. • Internship work involves delivering high quality videos, covering every sport at JMU, editing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, collaboration, and office hours.
Freelance Photographer, Washington Post, Washington DC December 2024 – April 2025
• Freelance for The Post involves covering High school sports championships around VA. To date I have covered four championship games, and my photos have been published in four articles. Through this I learned how to apply Metadata to images and FTP them quickly to the journalists to meet the publishing deadline.
Photographer, Bigshots, United States March 2025 – PRESENT
• This involves covering all AAU basketball games played on weekend tournaments for the Bigshot company. These are usually 13-hour days involving capturing images, editing them on site, and then delivering them to be published on multiple different sites.
Photographer, Grace Christian School, Staunton, VA August 2025 – PRESENT
• Covering sports and all sports media days for Grace Christian Highschool. Creating galleries and delivering high quality images to parents and the school.
Freelance Photographer, Self-Employed August 2023 – PRESENT
• Taking high quality portraits for various individuals. This involves crafting galleries for individuals, picking locations, negating prices, managing personal gear, and working with the client.
